A signed Booking Agreement to officially confirm your booking with us.

Unfortunately we have had many phone calls from couples who have been let down by their DJ. Whether you choose to book with us or not, always ensure you have the booking confirmed with a signed booking agreement to avoid this happening to you. 

 A full consultation, preferably at your venue to find out exactly what you want (and don’t want!)

It is essential that a DJ meets with you before your special day to really understand what your preferences and expectations are. At Franklin Entertainment we like to meet at the venue and discuss your plans for the night so that you know exactly what to expect on the day.

Public Liability Insurance and PAT Tested equipment, which is often requested by professional wedding venues

Franklin Entertainment currently has Public Liability Insurance up to the value of £5 million, and all equipment is PAT Tested annually. We would be happy to provide confirmation of this upon request.
